Ordering & Delivery information

  • Shipping costs are an additional fee to your order. 
  • Delivery available in Sydney metro areas only.
  • Orders made by Thursday 7pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.
  • Orders are delivered in a carton packed with ice packs, but it is up to the receiver to correctly store the product once it has been delivered.
  • Delivery is anytime on Tuesday, if you are not home we will leave your order in a safe place. 

Delivery T&C's

  • Delivery windows vary by location. If you won't be home, please make an alternative arrangement and leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our drivers to follow.
  • Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Your order will be shipped via a reputable carrier and will arrive Tuesday any time unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are a flat rate of $10. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to review and confirm before completing your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders must be placed the Thursday 7pm of the week prior to requiring the products. Orders placed before Thursday 7pm will be delivered the following Tuesday,

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the expected arrival date.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the perishable nature of our fillers, we are unable to ship to certain locations or during extreme weather conditions. If your shipping address falls within a restricted area, we will notify you and provide alternative options, if available.
