I’ve always had a passion for food and the way it can make everyday life easier and more enjoyable. With a background in Food Science and Agribusiness (Hons), along with being a certified personal trainer, I’ve spent years understanding not just what makes food nutritious, but what actually works for real people and busy routines.
Fill’d Foods came from seeing the same challenges over and over again—busy parents trying to stay on top of lunches, people focused on their health looking for convenient, balanced options, and those who don’t want to cook every day but still want variety and creativity in their meals.
I knew there had to be an easier way.
I wanted to create something that takes the hassle out of meal prep while still using fresh ingredients, keeping meals high in protein, and most importantly, full of flavour. Good food should feel simple—whether you’re putting together lunches, prepping for the week, or just wanting something fresh and convenient on its own.
For me, it’s about helping people eat well and stay creative with their meals, without sacrificing time, energy, or taste.
My vision is for Fill'd Foods to be a staple in Aussie's fridges to enjoy anytime, in any way and anywhere.
